FIREPROOF SHIELD STRUCTURE AND FIREPROOF SHIELD MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a structure that is thinner than a thicker structure in which multiple thick gypsum boards are stacked to achieve the same or higher level of heat shield property and fire resistance as the thicker structure.SOLUTION: A fireproof shield structure S comprises: a fireproof shield material 1, which is formed by blending a thermal expansion material made of expanded graphite or vermiculite into a wool mat in which hot-melt heat-resistant inorganic fibers made of rock wool or glass wool pile up and intertwine and by being compacted and expands in a thickness direction by a thermal expanding material on heating; and a plate-like body formed of gypsum boards 5, 5 that are integrally laminated on a rear face (at least one of front and rear faces) of the fireproof shield material 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】厚さの大きい複数枚の石膏ボードを重ねた構造と同等以上の遮熱性や耐火性がそれよりも薄い厚さの構造によって達成できるようにする。【解決手段】耐火シールド構造Sは、ロックウール又はガラスウールからなる熱溶融性耐熱無機繊維が積み重なって絡み合ったウールマットに、膨張黒鉛又はバーミキュライトからなる加熱膨張材が配合されて圧密化され、加熱時に加熱膨張材によって厚さ方向に膨張する耐火シールド材1と、この耐火シールド材1の裏面(表裏面の少なくとも一方)に一体的に積層された石膏ボード5,5からなる板状体とを備えたものとする。【選択図】図1
