PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition suitable for a drain material which holds a drain material structure during a period of time until compaction strengthening of soil is achieved and is decomposed quickly after the compaction of the soil is strengthened.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains aliphatic polyester (A) having an aliphatic diol unit and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid unit as main repeating units, aliphatic polyester (B) having an oxycarboxylic unit as a main repeating unit, and calcium oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
