REPAIR METHOD FOR ADDITIONAL PILE TO UNDERGROUND PILE OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a pile for extending a length of a foundation pile of a building, so as to prevent tilting of the building when the foundation pile does not reached a solid part of a ground.SOLUTION: A vertical pit is excavated (on outside of a building) beside a location of a foundation pile installed. First, a lower part of the pile is confirmed by drilling a hole, and a ground is excavated horizontally from the boundary below the lower part of the pile. The ground is excavated for 2 to 3 m so that the foundation pile is embedded deep into a deep bedrock, and cement mortar is filled. A special metal joint is inserted or epoxy-resin mortar is used at the joint for reinforcing the joint, so that a deep foundation pile is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】建築物の基礎杭において地盤の強固部分に達してない物があり建物がかたむいたりする事を防止する為杭の長さを延長する杭継ぎを行う。【解決手段】基礎杭の打たれた横に(建物外側に)縦坑をほり、まず杭の下部を穴を開けて確認し、その境界から地盤を横に掘って杭下部の掘削を進め、2〜3m掘り深部岩盤に深くささる状態にするようにし、セメントモルタルを詰める。このとき、特種な継ぎ金物を差し込んだり、エポモルで継ぐことで継部を強化して深杭とする。【選択図】図8
