PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parking facility control method capable of being adequately operated by an operation-permitted person who is permitted to operate by discriminating application contract of the mechanical parking facility and the operation permission of the mechanical parking facility.SOLUTION: A mechanical parking facility control method comprises: contractor authentication processing to authenticate a user as a contractor of a parking facility; registration processing to register authentication data of an operation-permitted person who acquired an operation permission for the parking facility; first operation-permitted person authentication data acquisition processing to acquire the authentication data of the operation-permitted person before opening an entrance door; door opening processing to open the entrance door on the basis of a collation result of the authentication data acquired in the first operation-permitted person authentication data acquisition processing and the authentication data of the registered operation-permitted person; second operation-permitted person authentication data acquisition processing to acquire the authentication data of the operation-permitted person before closing the entrance door; and door closing processing to close the entrance door if the operation-permitted person is collated by collation of the authentication data acquired in the second operation-permitted person authentication data acquisition processing and the authentication data acquired in the first operation-permitted person authentication data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
