PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment-friendly building capable of efficiently providing electric power from a solar panel, and capable of effectively restraining power consumption for cooling-heating.SOLUTION: A main roof 11 comprises a south side roof surface 13 and a north side roof surface 14 arranged by sandwiching the roof ridge 12, and when viewing the main roof 11 in a plan view, the roof ridge 12 is dislocated to the north side, and a roof pitch of the south side roof surface 13 is smaller than a roof pitch of the north side roof surface 14, and the area of the south side roof surface 13 is set larger than the area of the north side roof surface 14, and a solar panel 15 is installed on the south side roof surface 13. Under the south side roof surface, a second floor part 20 comprises a springing-out part 22 where a floor part 21 of the second floor part 20 springs out to the south side more than a floor part 31 of a first floor part 30. The south side roof surface 13 is supported by the springing-out part 22, and overhangs eaves 13a to the south side from the second floor part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】太陽光パネルから電力を効率良く得ることができると共に、冷暖房のための電力消費を効果的に抑制できる環境に配慮した建物を提供する。【解決手段】主屋根11が、屋根棟12を挟んで配置される南側屋根面13と北側屋根面14とを有しており、主屋根11を平面視した際に、屋根棟12が北側にずれており、南側屋根面13の屋根勾配が北側屋根面14の屋根勾配よりも小さく、且つ南側屋根面13の面積が北側屋根面14の面積よりも大きくなっており、南側屋根面13に太陽光パネル15が設置されている。南側屋根面の下方において、2階部分20は、当該2階部分20の床部21が1階部分30の床部31よりも南側にはね出た、はね出し部22を有する。南側屋根面13は、はね出し部22に支持されて、2階部分から南側に軒13aを張り出させている。【選択図】図1
