BUILDING AND EVACUATION GUIDING METHOD IN BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building and an evacuation guiding method in the building, capable of properly setting uses of a plurality of elevators for evacuation for a walking-evacuation difficult person and fire fighting for a fire brigade in response to a fire state in a fire, and capable of also properly guiding the walking-evacuation difficult person to the elevator set for evacuation uses.SOLUTION: A plurality of temporary evacuation areas 10 having a boarding-alighting part of an elevator 20 set to any use for evacuation and fire fighting in response to a fire state and a guiding information output part 52 having the boarding-alighting part of the elevator 20 set for the evacuation use among the plurality of temporary evacuation areas 10 in the fire and capable of outputting guiding information toward a building-staying person for guiding the building-staying person to the temporary evacuation area 10, are provided in a state of being dispersively arranged on the same floor and making both of the evacuation elevator and the fire fighting elevator exist on at least the same floor in the fire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】火災時において、歩行避難困難者のための避難用と消防隊のための消防用とに複数のエレベータの用途を火災状況に対応して適切に設定することができ、しかも、避難用の用途に設定したエレベータに歩行避難困難者を適切に誘導することのできる建物、及び、建物における避難誘導方法を提供する。【解決手段】同一階に分散配置され、火災時に少なくとも同一階に避難用エレベータと消防用エレベータの両方が存在する状態で、火災状況に応じて避難用と消防用のいずれかの用途に設定されるエレベータ20の乗降部を備えた複数の一時避難エリア10と、火災時において複数の一時避難エリア10のうちで避難用の用途に設定されたエレベータ20の乗降部を備えた一時避難エリア10へ在館者を誘導するための誘導情報を在館者に向けて出力可能な誘導情報出力部52と、が備えられている。【選択図】図2
