BUILDING FOUNDATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building foundation structure having a precast member that has high horizontal level accuracy and can be constructed in a short period.SOLUTION: A building foundation structure 1 has a precast concrete member 21. The building foundation structure comprises: a circumference part 2, which is formed of multiple precast concrete members disposed at least along the circumference of a foundation construction region of the building; a horizontal substrate layer 3, which is formed of self-levelling material immediately below the circumference; and a bottom plate part 5, which is formed into slab shape using reinforced concrete in a region surrounded by the circumference. A connection reinforcement 22, which laterally protrudes from an inside surface 212 of the precast concrete member, is buried in the bottom plate part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水平レベル精度が高いうえに短期間で構築可能なプレキャスト部材を有する建物の基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート部材21を有する建物の基礎構造1である。そして、建物の基礎施工領域の少なくとも周縁に沿って配置された複数のプレキャストコンクリート部材によって形成された周縁部2と、周縁部の真下にセルフレベリング材によって形成された水平下地層3と、周縁部に囲まれた領域に鉄筋コンクリートによってスラブ状に形成された底板部5とを備えている。また、プレキャストコンクリート部材の内側面212から側方に向けて突出された接続鉄筋22は、底板部に埋設されている。【選択図】図1
