REPAIR METHOD AND REPAIR STRUCTURE FOR STEEL SHEET PILE, AND FILLER MATERIAL LEAKAGE PREVENTING MEMBER USED WITH THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method and a repair structure for a steel sheet pile and a filler material leakage preventing member used with the repair method that significantly reduce a number of components and a number of work steps, thereby dramatically enhancing work efficiency, at the same time offering not only excellent workability and economic feasibility but also high certainty and quality (reliability), by readily following the steel sheet pile for repair even when the steel sheet pile is curved, etc. in a longitudinal direction of a revetment.SOLUTION: A hooked rail 2 is provided laterally on an existing steel sheet pile 1. A panel material 4 having a hooking rail 3 or a hooking member 13 that is engageable with the hooked rail 2 is disposed opposite the existing steel sheet pile 1, while the hooking rail 3 or the hooking member 13 is engaged with the hooked rail 2. Concrete 5 or other filler material is filled between the existing steel sheet pile 1 and the panel material 4 placed opposite each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】部材点数、作業工程を大幅に減らして作業効率を飛躍的に向上させ、しかも鋼矢板が護岸延長方向に沿って湾曲等している場合にも容易に追従して補修できる、施工性、経済性はもとより、確実性、および品質性(信頼性)に優れた、鋼矢板の補修工法および補修構造ならびに同補修工法に用いる充填材漏れ防止部材を提供する。【解決手段】既設鋼矢板1に被掛止レール2が横方向に設けられている。前記被掛止レール2に相互に噛合可能な掛止レール3又は掛止部材13を備えたパネル材4が、その掛止レール3又は掛止部材13と前記被掛止レール2とが係合された状態で前記既設鋼矢板1に対面配置されている。前記対面配置された既設鋼矢板1とパネル材4との間にコンクリート5等の充填材が充填されてなる。【選択図】図1
