REPAIR METHOD AND REPAIR STRUCTURE OF STEEL SHEET PILE WATER PASSAGE
To provide a repair method and a repair structure which enable repair by a shorter sheet pile compared to a conventional sheet pile.SOLUTION: A repair method of an existing water passage 1 having steel sheet piles 2 and 2 provided on both sides includes: a step of installing a concrete sheet pile 11 onto outside of the steel sheet pile 2; a step of providing a short strut 22 between upper parts of the concrete sheet piles 11 and 11 on both sides; and a step of injecting a grout material that is a solidification material between the steel sheet pile 2 and the concrete sheet pile 11. The steel sheet pile 2 having a new initial load bearing force below a water bottom ground 6 of the existing water passage 1 is made to remain and used, the grout material is injected between the steel sheet pile 2 and the concrete sheet pile 11 to reinforce the lower part side of the existing water passage 1, and an earth pressure acting from the back face is dispersed in the short strut 22 and an embedded portion of the existing water passage 1 in which the steel sheet pile 2 and the concrete sheet pile 11 are integrated with each other by solidification of the grout material, and the water passage can be supported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】従来に比べて短い矢板により補修が可能な補修方法及び補修構造を提供する。【解決手段】両側に鋼矢板2,2を設けた既設水路1の補修方法において、鋼矢板2の外側にコンクリート矢板11を打ち込む工程と、両側のコンクリート矢板11,11の上部間に切梁22を設ける工程と、鋼矢板2とコンクリート矢板11の間に固化材たるグラウト材を注入する工程とを備える。既設水路1の水底地盤6より下方の新設当初の耐荷力を有する鋼矢板2を残して利用し、鋼矢板2とコンクリート矢板11の間にグラウト材を注入して既設水路1の下部側を補強し、背面から作用する土圧を、切梁22と、グラウト材が固化して鋼矢板2とコンクリート矢板11とが一体になった既設水路1の根入部分とで分散して支持することができる。【選択図】図6
