PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sediment removal apparatus capable of highly efficiently removing sediment accumulated in a groove.SOLUTION: A sediment removal apparatus 100 for removing sediment in a groove Sg includes: a truck 110 including a traveling mechanism 120; a raking part 140 provided on the truck 110 for raking out the sediment in the groove Sg; an accumulation part 160 provided in an upstream side in the advancing direction of the truck 110, with respect to the raking part 140 and accumulating the sediment raked out by the raking part 140; a first drive unit 130 for driving the traveling mechanism 120; and a second drive unit 150 for driving the raking part 140.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
