Sediment removal apparatus for bridge joint
Disclosed is a sediment removal apparatus for a bridge joint, which can perform accurate inspection by removing soil which has been deposited and hardened on a bridge joint. The sediment removal apparatus for a bridge joint in accordance with the present invention comprises: a striking unit which is inserted into the bridge joint while moving along the bridge joint and strikes hardened foreign substances to collapse; a brush unit for crushing the foreign substances while rubbing the foreign substances so that the foreign substances collapsed while moving along the bridge joint together with the striking unit can be discharged from the bridge joint; a vacuum suction unit for vacuuming the crushed foreign substances while moving together with the striking unit; and a driving unit for providing a driving force for the striking unit, the brush unit, and the vacuum suction unit.
교량 조인트에 침착되어 단단히 굳어진 토사를 제거하여 정확한 점검을 진행할 수 있는 교량 조인트 침착 토사 제거장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 교량 조인트 침착 토사 제거장치는, 교량 조인트를 따라 이동하면서 상기 교량 조인트에 삽입되어 굳어진 이물질이 붕괴하도록 타격하는 타격부; 상기 타격부와 함께 상기 교량 조인트를 따라 이동하면서 붕괴된 상기 이물질이 상기 교량 조인트로부터 배출될 수 있도록 이물질을 마찰하면서 잘게 부수는 브러쉬부; 상기 타격부와 함께 이동하면서 파쇄된 이물질을 진공 흡입하는 진공 흡입부; 및 상기 타격부, 브러쉬부, 그리고 진공 흡입부에 구동력을 제공하는 구동부;를 포함할 수 있다.
