ROCK WOOL SPRAYING METHOD AND DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rock wool spraying method limited in amount of dusts generated during rock wool spraying, a rock wool dust removing device, and a rock wool spraying device.MEANS: The rock wool spraying method forms a rock wool covering layer by spraying rock wool yet to be joined with a binder, transporting the rock wool to a nozzle outlet to discharge it from the outlet, and adding the binder to be separately fed to the rock wool in the nozzle and/or the rock wool discharged from the spray nozzle. The dusts of the rock wool are removed within the transport path of the rock wool yet to be joined with the binder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ロックウール吹付け時に発生する粉塵量が少ないロックウール吹付け方法、ロックウール粉塵除去装置およびロックウール吹付け装置を提供すること。【手段】結合材と合流前のロックウールを吹付けノズルの吐出口まで輸送し当該吐出口より吐出し、別送する結合材を前記吹付けノズル内部のロックウール又は／及び吹付けノズルの吐出口より吐出させたロックウールに添加することで、ロックウール被覆層を形成するロックウール吹付け方法であって、結合材と合流前のロックウールの輸送経路内で当該ロックウールの粉塵を除去する。【選択図】図１
