STATIC CRUSHING METHOD AND CRUSHING TOOL USED IN STATIC CRUSHING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To crush an object to be crushed with excellent efficiency while controlling a crushing mode in a static crushing technique which fills a drilled hole formed on the object to be crushed with an expansive crushing agent and expands the crushing agent to crush the material to be crushed.SOLUTION: A static crushing method includes: a first step of inserting a pressing member into a drilled hole formed on an object to be crushed; a second step of filling a space surrounded by the pressing member, an inner wall surface of the drilled hole, and a bottom surface of the drilled hole with an expansive crushing agent; and a third step of closing the space with a lid member before the crushing agent filling the space expands and presses the pressing member toward the inner wall surface of the drilled hole. The first step includes a step of collecting a plurality of long bodies extending in a first width direction orthogonal to a drilled hole formation direction in which a drilled hole is formed on the object to be crushed, inserting the long bodies into the drilled hole, and preparing an aggregate of the plurality of long bodies as a pressing member. The third step includes an engagement step of engaging an end of the lid member on the drilled hole side with an end of the pressing member on the side opposite to the drilled hole side to close the space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】被破砕物に形成された削孔に膨張性を有する破砕剤を充填し、前記破砕剤を膨張させて前記被破砕物を破砕する静的破砕技術において、破砕態様を制御しながら優れた効率で被破砕物を破砕する。【解決手段】押圧部材を被破砕物に形成された削孔に挿入する第1工程と、押圧部材、削孔の内壁面および削孔の底面で囲まれた空間に膨脹性を有する破砕剤を充填する第2工程と、空間に充填された破砕剤が膨張して押圧部材を削孔の内壁面に向けて押圧する前に空間を蓋部材で塞ぐ第3工程と、を備え、第1工程は、被破砕物に対して削孔が形成される削孔形成方向に延設された長尺体を複数本、削孔形成方向と直交する第1幅方向に集めて削孔に挿入し、複数の長尺体の集合体を押圧部材として準備する工程を含み、第3工程は、蓋部材の削孔側端部を押圧部材の反削孔側端部に係合させて空間を塞ぐ係合工程を含んでいる。【選択図】図2
