CRUSHING TOOL AND CRUSHING METHOD
To provide a crushing tool allowed to have longer durability with efficiency to crush large pieces to be crushed to small pieces and allowing crushing work with a lower running cost to be realized.SOLUTION: A first tip part of a central crushing member according to the present invention functions as a crushing part by being pressure-inserted in a central through hole of the pedestal from an upper direction and protruding downward from a lower surface of the pedestal. A second rear end part of a surrounding crushing member is pressure-inserted in a pressure-inserting attachment part, which makes a second tip part function as the crushing part by projecting downward from the lower surface of the pedestal. The central crushing member is fixed on the pedestal through seizure between the central through hole and the first tip part, which is generated by pressure-insertion of the first tip part to the central through hole. The surrounding crushing member is fixed on the pedestal through seizure between the pressure-inserting attachment part and the second rear end part, which is generated by pressure-insertion of the second rear end part to the pressure-inserting attachment part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】大割破砕物を効率的に小割することができる小割用工具の長寿命化および小割作業の低ラニングコスト化を図る。【解決手段】この発明では、中央破砕部材の第1先端部が、台座の中央貫通孔に対して上方から圧入されて台座の下面から下方に突設されて破砕部として機能する。周辺破砕部材の第2後端部が圧入取付部位に圧入されることで第2先端部が台座の下面から下方に突設されて破砕部として機能する。中央破砕部材は、中央貫通孔への第1先端部の圧入によって発生する中央貫通孔と第1先端部との焼付きによって台座に固着され、周辺破砕部材は、圧入取付部位への第2後端部の圧入によって発生する圧入取付部位と第2後端部との焼付きによって台座に固着される。【選択図】図1
