DIELECTRIC COMPOSITION, DIELECTRIC PORCELAIN AND LAMINATE COMPOSITE ELECTRONIC COMPONENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain having low dielectric constant, linear expansion coefficient close to NiCuZn ferrite, good in insulation resistance and having uniform structure, a dielectric composition and a laminate composite electronic component using the dielectric porcelain.SOLUTION: There is provided a dielectric composition containing a SiO-KO-BO-based glass, a MO-SiO-AlO-BO-based glass and quartz as main components, and having total content of the SiO-KO-BO-based glass and the MO-SiO-AlO-BO-based glass of 48 to 54 pts.wt., content of the MO-SiO-AlO-BO-based glass of 22 to 30 pts.wt. and content of the quartz of 12 to 18 pts.wt. The balance of the main components is amorphous silica and the dielectric composition contains a SrO-SiO-BO-based glass of 3 to 9 pts.wt. and aluminum oxide of 1.5 to 4.5 pts.wt. as additives and has a linear expansion coefficient capable of being integrated with NiCuZn-based ferrite.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】低い比誘電率を有し、線膨張係数がNiCuZnフェライトに近く、絶縁抵抗も良好であり、組織が均一である誘電体磁器、誘電体組成物、および、当該誘電体磁器を用いた積層複合電子部品を提供する。【解決手段】主成分として、SiO2−K2O−B2O3系ガラス、MO−SiO2−Al2O3−B2O3系ガラスおよび石英を含有する誘電体組成物であって、SiO2−K2O−B2O3系ガラスおよびMO−SiO2−Al2O3−B2O3系ガラスの合計含有量が48〜54重量部であり、MO−SiO2−Al2O3−B2O3系ガラスの含有量が22〜30重量部であり、石英の含有量が12〜18重量部である。主成分の残部がアモルファスシリカであり、添加物としてSrO−SiO2−B2O3系ガラスを3〜9重量部、酸化アルミニウムを1.5〜4.5重量部含有し、NiCuZn系フェライトと一体化可能な線膨張係数を有する。【選択図】図4
