PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain achieving low dielectric constant, linear expansion coefficient close to NiCuZn ferrite, good in insulation resistance and having uniform structure, a dielectric composition and a laminate composite electronic component using the dielectric porcelain.SOLUTION: There is provided a dielectric porcelain having a substrate with isolated gaps. The substrate has a glass phase. The glass phase has SiOrich particles inside and linear expansion coefficient capable of being integrated with NiCuZn-based ferrite.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 低い比誘電率を実現し、線膨張係数がNiCuZnフェライトに近く、絶縁抵抗も良好であり、焼結体組織が均一である誘電体磁器、および、当該誘電体磁器を用いた積層複合電子部品を提供する。【解決手段】 独立空隙を有する基材を有する誘電体磁器である。基材が、ガラス相を有する。ガラス相は内部にSiO2リッチ粒子が分散しており、NiCuZn系フェライトと一体化可能な線膨張係数を有する。【選択図】 図4
