PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admixture composition containing a shrinkage reducing agent excellent in shrinkage reducing performance, and a binding material having latent hydraulic properties and/or pozzolan activity.SOLUTION: An admixture composition contains a shrinkage reducing agent for hydraulic material and a binding material having latent hydraulic properties and/or pozzolan activity, where the shrinkage reducing agent for hydraulic material contains a compound satisfying conditions (1) to (3): (1) a ratio between 15 tap flow values of a mortar composition and mortar after 10 minutes from the start of kneading the mortar composition according to JASS 5 M402 obtained by adding the compound thereto with solid content concentration of 0.1% and the mortar according to JASS 5 M402 that does not contain the compound (15 tap flow value of compound-containing mortar composition/(15 tap flow value of mortar containing no compound)×100 is 120 or less; (2) a ratio of 15 tap flow values after 2 hours from the start of kneading the mortar composition according to JASS 5 M402 obtained by adding the compound thereto with solid content concentration of 0.1% to the mortar according to JASS 5 M402 that does not contain the compound to a ratio of 15 tap flow values after 10 minutes from the start of kneading the substances : (ratio 15 tap flow value after 2 hours)/(ratio 15 tap flow value after 10 minutes)×100 is 110 or less; and (3) a rate of a monomer having an acid group in 100 mol% of a monomer component being a raw material of the compound is 1-99 mol%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
