To provide an admixture composition that improves the compressive strength of hydraulic material compared to a conventional composition.SOLUTION: An admixture composition includes a compound (α) and a phosphoric acid-based compound (β), in which the phosphoric acid-based compound (β) has phosphoric acid groups (phosphate groups) and/or phosphoric ester groups in its structure, and the compound (α) is a compound that satisfies following conditions (i) and (ii). The condition (i) is that a ratio of 15 tap flow value after ten minutes since the beginning of mix of a mortar composition in which the compound is added by solid content concentration of 0.1% in accordance with JASS 5 M402 and the mortar in accordance with JASS 5 M402 in which the compound is not contained: (15 tap flow value of the mortar composition containing the compound)/(15 tap flow value of the mortar not containing the compound)×100 is not more than 120, and the condition (ii) is that a ratio between the ratio of 15 tap flow value after two hours since the beginning of mix of the mortar composition in which the compound is added by solid content concentration of 0.1% in accordance with JASS 5 M402 and the mortar in accordance with JASS 5 M402 in which the compound is not contained and the ratio of 15 tap flow value after ten minutes since the beginning of mix: (the ratio of 15 tap flow value after two hours)/(the ratio of 15 tap flow value after ten minutes)×100 is not more than 110.SELECTED DRAWING: None
