PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide material capable of manufacturing a slide member with suppressed variation of physical properties, a slide member and a manufacturing method of the slide material.SOLUTION: There is provided a slide material containing a carbon material having an open pore, a metal existing in the open pore and titanium oxide existing in the open pore and between the carbon material and the metal, with the content of the titanium oxide being 0.2 mass% to 4.0 mass% of total mass of the carbon material and the titanium oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
