HOLDING STRUCTURE OF SLEEVE FOR JOINING PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously project the whole sleeves, while holding the sleeve in a state of being stored in a cavity formed in one PC member, when joining a pair of PC members opposed in the axial direction by using the sleeve of straddling between reinforcements buried in respective ones.SOLUTION: A sleeve 3 is movably arranged in the axial direction in a cavity 1c of one PC member 1, and an energization member 4 for energizing the sleeve 3 to the other PC member 2 side is arranged between the innermost side end surface in the cavity 1c and an end surface 3a of the sleeve 3 opposed to this. A locking object member 5 is rotatably connected around a support shaft parallel to the material axis of the PC member 1 to an end surface 1b of the one PC member 1, and a state of storing the sleeve 3 in the cavity 1c is maintained by locking an end surface 3b on the other PC member 2-side of the sleeve 3 on the locking object member 5, and a tension material 6 for rotating the locking object member 5 around a support shaft is connected to the locking object member 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軸方向に対向する一対のPC部材をそれぞれに埋設された鉄筋間に跨るスリーブを用いて接合する場合に、スリーブを一方のPC部材に形成された空洞内に収納した状態に保持しながら、全スリーブを同時に突出させることを可能にする。【解決手段】スリーブ3を一方のPC部材1の空洞1c内に軸方向に移動自在に配置し、空洞1c内の奥側の端面とこれに対向するスリーブ3の端面3aとの間に、スリーブ3を他方のPC部材2側へ付勢する付勢部材4を配置する。一方のPC部材1の端面1bに、PC部材1の材軸に平行な支軸の回りに回転自在に被係止部材5を接続し、被係止部材5にスリーブ3の、他方のPC部材2側の端面3bを係止させてスリーブ3を空洞1c内に収納した状態を維持し、被係止部材5に、被係止部材5を支軸の回りに回転させる引張材6を接続する。【選択図】図1
