HEAT SHIELD STRUCTURE OF FOLDED-PLATE ROOF AND FASTENER USED THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution for fixing a heat shield sheet, in a heat shield structure of a folded-plate roof for shielding heat by making a shade on a surface of the folded-plate roof, by fixing the heat shield sheet on the folded-plate roof having alternately crest parts and trough parts.SOLUTION: A heat shield sheet 13 is formed in a deformable belt shape, and is provided in a plurality, and these heat shield sheets 13 are juxtaposed by extending its longitudinal direction in the orthogonal direction to the direction for extending a crest part 23 and a trough part 24 of a folded-plate roof 12, and a covering part 15 is formed, and a vent hole 16 is formed between the heat shield sheets 13 of the covering part 15. Thus, a ventiduct 17 is formed of a main ventilation part 17a formed between the covering part 15 and the trough part 24 and a sub-ventilation part 17b formed of the vent hole 16 and having a plurality to one main ventilation part 17a. The heat shield sheets 13 are directly fixed by a rod-like fastener 14 fixed to a projection part 26 of the crest part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】山部と谷部を交互に有する折板屋根の上に遮熱シートを固定して、折板屋根の表面に日陰をつくって遮熱する折板屋根の遮熱構造において、遮熱シートを固定するための構成を簡素にする。【解決手段】遮熱シート13を変形可能な帯状に形成するとともに、複数枚備え、これら遮熱シート13をその長手方向を折板屋根12の山部23及び谷部24がのびる方向と直交する方向にのばして並設して覆い部15を形成し、覆い部15の遮熱シート13間には通気口16を形成する。これにより、覆い部15と谷部24の間に形成される主通気部17aと、通気口16で形成されて一の主通気部17aに対して複数有する副通気部17bで通気路17を形成する。遮熱シート13は山部23の凸部26に固定する棒状の留め具14で直接固定する。【選択図】図1
