INORGANIC COLLOID-CONTAINING LIQUID, COMPOSITION FOR INORGANIC FIBER MOLDED BODY AND INORGANIC FIBER MOLDED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fiber molded body containing clay minerals and capable of suppressing reduction of internal hardness and increase of burning shrinkage, a composition liquid for inorganic fiber molded body suitable for obtaining the same and an inorganic colloid-containing liquid.SOLUTION: An inorganic colloid-containing liquid contains water, inorganic colloid and saponite. A composition liquid for inorganic fiber molded body contains the inorganic colloid-containing liquid and inorganic fibers. The inorganic fiber molded body contains the inorganic fibers, the inorganic colloid and the saponite. The saponite has preferably Fe content of 1.3% or less by atom percentage. The content of the saponite in the inorganic colloid-containing liquid is preferably 0.1-4 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of water. The content of the saponite in the inorganic fiber molded body is preferably 0.3-5.7 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the inorganic fibers.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】粘土鉱物を含んで、内部硬度の低下を抑制することができ、かつ、焼成収縮率の増加を抑制することができる無機繊維成型体、これを得るのに適した無機繊維成型体用組成液、無機コロイド含有液を提供する。【解決手段】無機コロイド含有液は、水と、無機コロイドと、サポナイトとを含有する。無機繊維成型体用組成液は、上記無機コロイド含有液と、無機繊維とを含んでいる。無機繊維成型体は、無機繊維と、無機コロイドと、サポナイトとを含有する。上記サポナイトは、Ｆｅ含有量が原子比率で１．３％以下であるとよい。無機コロイド含有液におけるサポナイトの含有量は、水１００質量部に対して０．１〜４質量部であるとよい。無機繊維成型体におけるサポナイトの含有量は、無機繊維１００質量部に対して０．３〜５．７質量部であるとよい。【選択図】なし
