WATER STOP STRUCTURE FOR SINK AND SPACER MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop structure for sink, which can increase degree of freedom for selecting a top board quality, and a spacer member used for the water stop structure.SOLUTION: A spacer member 5 is installed on a flange 1b that extends outward on an upper opening 1a of a sink 1. A space is formed between an upper surface of the flange 1b and undersurface of the top board 2 using the spacer member 5. Water is stopped by disposing a water stop material 6 in the space formed by the spacer member 5. The spacer member 5 has an installation part 5a having an installation groove 5c that is fitted to an inclined part 1e of outer periphery of the flange 1b of the sink, and a space forming part 5b, which protrudes from an upper tip of the installation part 5a toward the sink 1 side. The spacer member has at least the installation part 5a or the space formation part 5b, or a soft part 8 disposed on a section from the installation part 5a to the space formation part 5b or a hollow part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
