To provide means having high workability and recyclability for preventing combustion of a building heat insulation material.SOLUTION: The building heat insulation material comprises at least: a protection part 20 in which a part or the entire surface of a heat insulation material is made of a foaming-in-place urethane resin composition having at least quasi-noncombustibility in a heat generation test compliant with ISO-5660; ad a base 10 in which the remaining part of the heat insulation material is made of a foam plastic composition having fire-resistant performance lower than the protection layer, and the base 10 and the protection part 20 are integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築物用断熱材の燃焼を防止するにあたり、施工性やリサイクル性にも優れる手段を提供すること。【解決手段】断熱材の表面の一部または全部を、ISO−5660に準拠した発熱性試験において少なくとも準不燃性を有する現場発泡式のウレタン樹脂組成物で構成した保護部20と、その余を、前記保護層よりも難燃性能の低い発泡プラスチック系の組成物で構成した基部10と、を少なくとも有し、前記基部10と保護部20とが一体化されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
