DEMOLITION AND RENOVATION METHOD OF CONCRETE WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolition and renovation method capable of efficiently dismantling a wall balustrade which continuously extends over a certain length in extending direction by using a wire saw and a precast concrete wall balustrade and refurbishing the same.SOLUTION: The demolition and renovation method includes: a cutting and removing step in which an existing wall balustrade 50 is cut at a predetermined span using a wire saw 21, 31 and remove the same; a wall member installation step in which precast concrete wall balustrade 62 is installed at every predetermined span where the wall balustrade 50 is removed; and a connection step in which the installed precast concrete wall balustrade 62 is connected. The cutting and removing step includes: a preceding cutting step and a remaining portion cutting step. The wall member installation step includes a preceding installation step and a remaining portion installation step. In the connection step, the precast concrete wall member 62, which has been installed in the preceding installation step, is connected to the precast concrete wall member 62 which has installed in the remaining portion installation step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】延設方向に相当の長さに亘って連続する壁高欄を、ワイヤソーとプレキャストコンクリート製の壁高欄とを用いて効率良く解体して改修することのできる解体改修工法を提供する。【解決手段】既設の壁高欄50を、ワイヤソー21,31を用いて所定のスパン毎に切断して撤去する切断撤去工程と、壁高欄50が撤去された所定のスパン毎に、プレキャストコンクリート製の壁高欄62を各々設置する壁部材設置工程と、設置されたプレキャストコンクリート製の壁高欄62を連結する連結工程とを含んで構成される。切断撤去工程は、先行切断工程と残置部切断工程とからなり、壁部材設置工程は、先行設置工程と、残置部設置工程とからなる。連結工程では、先行設置工程で設置されたプレキャストコンクリート壁部材62と残置部設置工程で設置されたプレキャストコンクリート壁部材62とを連結する。【選択図】図1
