WASTE CONCRETE RENOVATION METHOD IN LARGE-SIZED BUILDING DEMOLITION SITE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste concrete renovation method in a large-sized building demolition site, which can intend to reuse concrete debris as a resource, can reduce a waste amount of the concrete debris and can reduce an amount of a newly procured hosing material.SOLUTION: A waste concrete renovation method includes: a step of crushing concrete debris into a predetermined size or smaller; a step of housing the concrete debris in a raw material hopper; a step of separating into a blast material and a crude raw material to house in a blast material tank and a crude raw material tank; a step of inputting the crude raw material in the crude raw material tank in a sand blaster, the blast material in the blast material tank being crashed into the crude raw material to remove cement mortar attached on a surface of the crude raw material; a step of moving the crude raw material to a sorting screen to separate into different sizes; and a step of depositing recycled aggregates separated into different sizes in a storage area and of depositing in the storage area a filler by granulating the filler collected by a dust collector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
