PANEL MATERIAL AND DECORATIVE PANEL PROVIDED WITH THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel material capable of fitting and finishing an edge part of a decorative sheet neatly and suppressing dislocation of the edge part, along with the decorative panel provided with the panel material.SOLUTION: A panel material 10 has a sheet edge part fitting member 30 fitted in a recessed groove 14 formed along an entire length on a side edge part. The sheet edge part fitting member has an insertion groove 31 formed along an entire length, the insertion groove having edge parts 21a, 21a of a decorative sheet 21 inserted thereinto respectively so as to cover an edge surface 13a of the side edge part of the panel from both sides in a thickness direction. The sheet edge part fitting member is displaced so that a portion opposite a recessed groove bottom side that partitions a member on an opening side of the insertion groove narrows down an opening width W3 of the insertion groove, when fitted to leave a gap from the groove bottom of the recessed groove and is pressed into the groove bottom side of the recessed groove. Furthermore, the sheet edge part fitting member includes engaging parts 34, 34 engaged with inner surfaces 14a, 14a in the groove width direction at the groove bottom side portion of the recessed groove, when the sheet edge part fitting member is pressed into the recessed groove and an opening edge W4 has been made narrower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】化粧シートの端部を見栄え良く納め得、かつ該端部の抜けを抑制し得るパネル材及びこれを備えた化粧パネルを提供する。【解決手段】一方側端部に全長に亘って設けられた凹溝１４にシート端部納め部材３０が嵌め込まれたパネル材１０であって、前記シート端部納め部材には、パネル厚さ方向両側から前記一方側端部の端面１３ａを覆うように設けられる化粧シート２１の各端部２１ａ，２１ａが差し込まれる差込溝３１が全長に亘って設けられており、前記シート端部納め部材は、前記凹溝の溝底との間に隙間が形成されるように嵌め込まれた状態で、前記凹溝の溝底側に押し込まれれば、前記差込溝の開口側部位を区画する反溝底側部位が該差込溝の開口幅Ｗ３を狭めるように変位する構成とされ、かつ、押し込まれて開口幅Ｗ４を狭めた状態で前記凹溝の溝底側部位の溝幅方向両内面１４ａ，１４ａに係止する係止部３４，３４を備えている。【選択図】図１
