WATER LEVEL ADJUSTING DEVICE AND WATER LEVEL ADJUSTING SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue power generation by a generator and to suitably scour sand accumulated in a water tank while maintaining a permitted water-intake amount in a run-off-river hydroelectric power plant.SOLUTION: A water level adjusting device includes: a scouring gate opening measurement device 52 for measuring an opening D1 of a scouring gate 26; electric power measuring means for measuring a voltage V1 and an electric current I1 generated by a generator 22 with a voltage sensor PT82 and an electric current sensor CT80, and calculating electric power P1 by multiplying the voltage V1 by the electric current I1; and a control section 58c for generating an output target value of the generator so that a total water amount Q3 which is obtained by adding a first water amount Q1 passing through a pressure pipe 18 and a second water amount Q2 delivered from the scouring gate 26 is equal to or less than a permitted water-intake amount Q0 of a river based on the opening D1 of the scouring gate, a water level H1 of a water tank 14, and the electric power P1 generated by the generator 22, and controlling a water amount adjusting device 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】流れ込み式の水力発電所において、発電機による発電を継続し、且つ許可取水量を維持しながら、水槽に堆積されている砂を適正に排砂する。【解決手段】排砂ゲート26の開度D1を計測する排砂ゲート開度計測装置52と、発電機22が発電した電圧V1、及び電流I1を電圧センサPT82及び電流センサCT80により計測して電圧V1、及び電流I1を乗算することにより電力P1を算出する(電力計測手段)と、排砂ゲートの開度D1、水槽14の水位H1、及び発電機22が発電した電力P1に基づいて、圧力配管18を通過する第1水量Q1と排砂ゲート26から排出される第2水量Q2とを加算した合計水量Q3が河川の許可取水量Q0以下になるように前記発電機の出力目標値を生成して水量調節装置19を制御する制御部58cと、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
