PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow regulating valve capable of adjusting the stroke of a valve element to actualize an approximately valve closing position for each of flow regulating valves.SOLUTION: The flow regulating valve for regulating the flow of liquid flowing in a flow path includes a rotary member to be rotated, a lifter linearly movable in association during the rotation in the rotational axis direction of the rotation or the direction parallel to the rotational axis direction following the rotation of the rotary member, a valve element movable in the linear direction along with the linear movement of the lifter, a stopper for restricting the movable range of the lifter in the state of being fixed in a position unchangeable manner, and a stopper holding member for holding the stopper selectively in the state of being temporarily fixed in a position changeable manner or in the state of being fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
