SUBSTRATE ADJUSTMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate adjustment method that facilitates corner formation at an external corner of an exterior wall of a building and enables the state of the formed corner to be maintained appropriately, even when an organic adhesive or resin mortar is used as a substrate adjustment material.SOLUTION: An organic adhesive 54 is applied as a substrate adjustment material, on a vertical external corner part 55 of a building exterior wall 51. A substrate adjustment member 40 is used for substrate adjustment using the organic adhesive 54. The substrate adjustment member 40 has a resin sheet material 41 adhered on an internal surface 16 by static electricity. The substrate adjustment member 40 is placed over the vertical external corner part 55, and a corner form of the vertical external corner part 55 is adjusted by an internal surface of a frame body 10. Then, the frame body 10 is removed against the static electricity, with the resin sheet material 41 still adhered on the vertical external corner part 55. The adjusted corner form of the vertical external corner part 55 is maintained by the resin sheet material 41 remaining on the vertical external corner part 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】有機系接着剤又は樹脂モルタルを下地調整材として用いた場合でも、建物外壁の出隅部における角形成を行いやすく、かつ角形成された状態を好適に保持することができる下地調整方法を得ること。【解決手段】建物外壁51の鉛直出隅部55に、下地調整材として有機系接着剤54を塗布する。有機系接着剤54を用いた下地調整には、下地調整部材40を使用する。下地調整部材40は、内面16に樹脂シート材41を静電気によって付着させたものである。下地調整部材40を鉛直出隅部55にあてがい、鉛直出隅部55の角形状を枠体10の内面によって整える。その後、樹脂シート材41を鉛直出隅部55に付着させた状態のまま、静電気に抗して枠体10を外す。鉛直出隅部55に残された樹脂シート材41によって、整えられた鉛直出隅部55の角形状が保持される。【選択図】 図3
