FORK PARKING WITH BERTH AND LOADING/UNLOADING METHOD FOR THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fork parking with a berth and a loading/unloading method therefor that cause little oppressive feelings and make it possible to easily load/unload a vehicle and shorten a loading/unloading time.SOLUTION: A fork parking with a berth comprises a storage device 10, a berth 20, a loading/unloading tray 30, upper and lower tray movement devices 40A and 40B, and a pair of tray lifting shelves 50A and 50B. The storage device 10 includes a comb type cage 12, a plurality of storage shelves 14, and a plurality of comb type trays 16. The berth 20 includes a loading/unloading position X. The loading/unloading tray 30 has a shape not interfering mutually with the comb type cage 12 on the same plane. The upper and lower tray movement devices 40A and 40B horizontally move the loading/unloading tray 30 between the loading/unloading position X and mounting transfer positions Ya and Yb. The pair of tray lifting shelves 50A and 50B are provided in the storage device and in the berth, the tray lifting shelves lifting up and lowering a vacant loading/unloading tray 30 between an upper stage and a lower stage of the tray movement devices 40A and 40B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】圧迫感が少なく車を容易に入出庫でき、かつ入出庫時間を短縮できるバース付きフォークパーキングとその入出庫方法を提供する。【解決手段】格納装置１０、バース２０、入出庫トレイ３０、上下のトレイ移動装置４０Ａ，４０Ｂ、及び１対のトレイ昇降棚５０Ａ，５０Ｂを備える。格納装置１０は、くし型ケージ１２、複数の格納棚１４、及び複数のくし型トレイ１６を有する。バース２０は入出庫位置Ｘを有する。入出庫トレイ３０は、くし型ケージ１２と同一平面において互いに干渉しない形状を有する。上下のトレイ移動装置４０Ａ，４０Ｂは、入出庫トレイ３０を入出庫位置Ｘと載替位置Ｙａ，Ｙｂとの間で水平移動する。１対のトレイ昇降棚５０Ａ，５０Ｂは、格納装置内とバース内に設けられ、トレイ移動装置４０Ａ，４０Ｂの上段と下段との間で空の入出庫トレイ３０を昇降する。【選択図】図１
