OPENING FIXTURE AND OPENING FIXTURE WITH FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening fixture with a resin-made stile/rail frame that reliably suppresses drop of a door even when the resin stiles/rails are deformed by dead weight of the opening fixture due to temperature rise.SOLUTION: An opening fixture 10 includes: a rectangular stile/rail frame framed by resin-made stiles and rails 16a and 16b; a door panel 12 retained by the stile/rail frames; and a pair of L-shaped metal fittings mounted at corner parts C where the suspension-side stiles 16a and rail 16b are joined together. The pair of L-shaped corner metal fittings are made of metal materials with different coefficients of linear thermal expansion from each other, and combined together to lift the rail 16b which is deformed and dropped by receiving dead weight of the opening fixture 10, through expansion deformation accompanied by a rise in temperature, thereby suppressing the drop of the door.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】樹脂製框枠を備えた開き建具において、樹脂製框が温度上昇により開き建具の自重で変形しても、戸下がりを確実に抑制する。【解決手段】 樹脂製の縦及び横框16a、16bを枠組みした矩形の框枠と、前記框枠で保持した戸パネル12を有し、吊り元側の縦框16aと横框16bとが接合するコーナー部Cに一対のL字状コーナー金具が装着された開き建具10であって、前記一対のL字状コーナー金具は、互いに線膨張率の異なる金属材料で構成され、開き建具10の自重を受けて変形下降する横框16bを、温度上昇に伴う膨張変形で引き上げて戸下がりを抑制するよう組み合わされている。【選択図】 図1
