GRANULAR MATERIAL, HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL AND INSULATING MATERIAL SPRAYING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating material which is hardly burn, has high workability when splaying the heat insulating material, and a material facilitating manufacture of the insulating material.SOLUTION: The granular material contains water and polyacrylic acid salt, and has a surface film formed of a coating agent. The heat insulating material contains the granular material, a polyurethane resin, and a carbon fiber so as to provide a heat insulating material which is hard to burn and has a satisfactory workability when splaying the heat insulating material. The heat insulating material can be easily manufactured by using the granular material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】燃焼しづらく、吹き付け作業を行う際に作業性が良い断熱材を提供すること、並びに、該断熱材を容易に製造することが可能な材料を提供すること。【解決手段】水とポリアクリル酸塩とを含有し、被膜剤で表面に膜が形成されていることを特徴とする粒状物。このような粒状物と、ポリウレタン樹脂と、カーボン繊維と、を含有する断熱材とすることで、燃焼しづらく、吹き付け作業を行う際に作業性が良い断熱材とすることができる。また、このような粒状物を材料として使用することで、該断熱材を容易に製造することができる。【選択図】図1
