MULTIFUNCTIONAL ADDITIVE FOR CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-liquid type multifunctional additive capable of sufficiently solving following 5 problems at same time, 1) fluidity retention property, 2) material separation and generation bleeding water by precipitation of an aggregate, 3) strength enhancement of initial strength and material age 28 days, 4) crack by dry shrinkage and 5) freeze-thaw resistance when concrete relatively less in unit cement amount is prepared.SOLUTION: There is provided a one-liquid type multifunctional additive containing a specific water soluble vinyl copolymer as an A component, sodium silicate or a mixture of sodium silicate and calcium silicate as a B component, a specific sodium phosphate as a C component and specific polyalkylene glycol monoalkyl ether as a D component with the A component of 1 to 35%, the B component of 10 to 55%, the C component of 0.1 to 6% and the D component of 4 to 89.9% (total 100%) by mass% and used 0.4 to 5 pts.mass per 100 pts.wt. of a binder.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】比較的単位セメント量の少ないコンクリートを調製する場合に、1)流動保持性、2)骨材の沈降による材料分離とブリーディング水の発生、3)初期強度及び材齢28日の強度増進性、4)乾燥収縮によるひび割れ、5)凍結融解抵抗性、以上の5つの課題を同時に且つ充分に解決することができる一液型の多機能混和剤の提供。【解決手段】A成分として特定の水溶性ビニル共重合体、B成分としてケイ酸ナトリウム又はケイ酸ナトリウムとケイ酸カルシウムとの混合物、C成分として特定のリン酸ナトリウム塩、D成分として特定のポリアルキレングリコールモノアルキルエーテル、以上のA〜Dの4成分を質量%でA成分を1〜35%、B成分を10〜55%、C成分を0.1〜6%及びD成分を4〜89.9%(合計100%)の割合で含有し、結合材100重量部当たり、0.4〜5質量部用いる一液型の多機能混和剤。【選択図】なし
