The invention relates to the field of concrete additives, and particularly discloses a multifunctional additive for mass concrete and a preparation method thereof.The additive is prepared from, by weight, 10-20 parts of a water reducing agent, 3-10 parts of citric acid residues, 5-10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fibers and 3-5 parts of an SJ-2 type air entraining agent; the water reducing agent is prepared by taking methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether, sodium allylsulfonate and maleic anhydride as monomers, carrying out composite initiation by using hydrogen peroxide, sodium thiosulfate and acrylic acid, synthesizing by adopting an aqueous solution free radical polymerization method, and carrying out vacuum drying. The concrete additive provided by the invention can reduce adiabatic temperature rise of concrete, improve compressive strength of the concrete, improve multi-aspect performance of mass concrete, prolong the service life of a building and reduce the maintenance cost of the building while enhancing the flowability of the concrete and prolonging the setting time, and has good engineering and economic benefits.
本发明涉及混凝土添加剂领域,具体是公开了一种大体积混凝土用多功能添加剂及其制备方法,所述添加剂包括如下重量份数的原料:减水剂10~20份、柠檬酸渣3~10份、聚乙烯醇纤维5~10份、SJ‑2型引气剂3~5份;所述减水剂是以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯磺酸钠、马来酸酐为单体,用双氧水、硫代硫酸钠、丙烯酸复合引发,采用水溶液自由基聚合法合成,再经真空干燥制得。本发明提供的混凝土添加剂能在增强混凝土流动性、增加凝结时间的同时,降低混凝土绝热温升、提高其抗压强度,提升大体积混凝土多方面性能,延长建筑物的使用寿命,降低建筑物的维修成本,具有良好的工程及经济效益。
