PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior system capable of easily carrying out a maintenance work while achieving heat insulation performance and shielding performance equivalent to conventional arrangements at a low cost.SOLUTION: An exterior system 1 includes: a Low-E multi-layered glass 2 having at least two metal layers, which is attached to an outer wall 100a of an office building 100; plural first solar shading members 3 which is attached to the outdoor side A of an outer wall 100a and extending in a vertical direction; a second solar shading member 5 for shading solar right entering via the Low-E multi-layered glass 2, which is disposed at the indoor side B so as to form a space 4 between the Low-E multi-layered glass 2 and the same; and a machine exhaust structure 6 for exhausting air out of the space 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
