HEADER MEMBER, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEADER MEMBER, WATER/HOT WATER SUPPLY PIPE FACILITY, AND WATER/HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a header member which easily prevents damage of a header caused by freezing of water in the header, and to provide a water/hot water supply pipe facility using the header member and a system.SOLUTION: A header member 1 has: a header member body 2 made of synthetic resin; and an inner 20 inserted into the header member body 2 and made of synthetic resin. The header member body 2 has: a cylindrical main cylinder part 3; a small diameter cylinder part 4 which protrudes coaxially with the main cylinder part 3 from one end side of the main cylinder part 3 in a cylinder axis direction; and a branch nozzle part 7. The inner 20 has: a large diameter part 22 having a large diameter cylindrical shape; and a small diameter part 23 which protrudes coaxially with the large diameter part 22 from one end side of the large diameter part 22 in a cylinder axis direction. 【課題】ヘッダー内の水の凍結によるヘッダーの損傷を容易に防止することができるヘッダー部材、該ヘッダー部材を用いた給水給湯配管設備及びシステムを提供する。【解決手段】ヘッダー部材1は、合成樹脂製のヘッダー部材本体2と、該ヘッダー部材本体2内に挿入される合成樹脂製のインナー20とを有する。ヘッダー部材本体2は、円筒状の主筒部3と、該主筒部3の筒軸心方向一端側から主筒部3と同軸状に突出する小径筒部4と、分岐用ノズル部7とを有する。インナー20は、大径円筒状の大径部22と、該大径部22の筒軸心方向の一端側から大径部22と同軸状に突出する小径部23とを有する。大径部22の側周面に開口24が設けられている。【選択図】図1
