CIRCULAR HEADER FOR HOT WATER SUPPLY AND WATER SUPPLY HEADER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instantaneous hot water supply system capable of preventing reduction in temperature of a household hot water supply pipe, and instantaneously supplying hot water upon opening a tap.SOLUTION: Two circular header are aligned in parallel, one header services as a water supply header, and the other header services as a hot water supply header. An inner pipe 5 is passed through each branch pipe 7 branched by a header part 6, and stagnation water in the inner pipe is returned by a Venturi pipe attached to the header pipe. Basically, driving force for returning water is not necessary, and with flow in the header at the time when any one of the branch pipes is opened, stagnation water in the other branch pipes is discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】家庭用給湯配管の温度低下を防ぎ、蛇口を開いた時、即お湯の出る即湯方式を提供する。【解決手段】円形ヘッダーを二つ平行に並べ、一方を給水ヘッダーとし、一方を給湯ヘッダーとして設置する。ヘッダー部6より枝分かれした各分岐管7の中に内管5を通し、内管内の停滞水をヘッダー部に取り付けたベンチュリー管にて引き戻す。そのための動力は原則必要とせず、枝管のいずれか一本が開けられたときのヘッダー内の流れで、他の全枝管内の停滞水を無くす。【選択図】図2
