VIBRATION SUPPRESSING DEVICE FOR BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppressing device for a building capable of fully transmitting reactive force of a damper to upper and lower beams, thereby appropriately suppressing vibration of the building, at the same time eliminating a need on installation work for a downstairs floor slab.SOLUTION: Bottom ends of connection members 2, 3 extending in a vertical direction are brought in contact with a floor slab SD of a building B. Relative displacement between upper and lower beams BU, BD of the building that results from vibration of the building is transmitted to a damper 4 connected to the connection member. Top ends of first transmission members 5L, 5R extending diagonally like a brace in the vertical direction with respect to the connection member are connected rotatably around an axis line extending in a direction orthogonal to a direction of extension of the upper and lower beams when seen in a planar view, at a portion of the connection member below the damper. Top ends of second transmission members 6L, 6R that extend in the vertical direction are connected to the upper beam, and the bottom ends to the floor slab along with bottom ends of the first transmission members, rotatably around the axis line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ダンパの反力を上下の梁に十分に伝達でき、それにより建築物の振動を適切に抑制できるとともに、床スラブの階下における施工工事を不要にすることができる建築物の振動抑制装置を提供する。【解決手段】上下方向に延びる連結部材2、3の下端部が、建築物Bの床スラブSDに接合され、建築物の振動に伴って発生した建築物の上下の梁BU、BDの間の相対変位が、連結部材に連結されたダンパ4に伝達される。連結部材に対して上下方向に方杖状に斜めに延びる第1伝達部材5L、5Rの上端部が、連結部材におけるダンパよりも下側の部分に、平面で見て上下の梁が延びる方向と直交する方向に延びる軸線を中心として回動可能に接合され、上下方向に延びる第2伝達部材6L、6Rの上端部が上梁に、下端部が第1伝達部材の下端部と一緒に床スラブに、軸線を中心として回動可能に接合されている。【選択図】図1
