HEAT INSULATION PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel superior in dimensional accuracy with little warp capable of satisfying requirements of flame retardancy or incombustible and light weight required for residential building materials.SOLUTION: The heat insulation panel includes: a metal plate 3 bonded with a flame retardancy or incombustible sheet 2 on the surface, and a pair of opposite end portions 3a are folded back toward the rear face side; a rear face material 4 which is disposed at open side 3b between the end portions 3a; and a resin foam 5 is filled in a cavity portion 3c between the rear face material 4 and rear face side of the metal plate 3. The rear face material 4 and the metal plate 3 are closely integrated. The rear face material 4 is formed with slits 6 reaching the resin foam 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 住宅用建材に要求される難燃性または不燃性と軽量さを両立させつつ、しかも反りが少なく寸法精度が優れた断熱パネルを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 難燃性または不燃性のシート2が表面に貼着された金属板3の一対の対向する両端部3aが裏面側に折り曲げられ、両端部3a間の開放側3bに裏面材4が配置され、該裏面材4と金属板3裏面側との空隙部3cに樹脂発泡体5が充填され、裏面材4および金属板3と密着一体化され、裏面材4に樹脂発泡体5まで達するスリット6が配設されている。【選択図】図1
