PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight structure of a building capable of surely providing airtightness between a column and a column, in an adjacently arranged building unit.SOLUTION: In a standard unit 26A and a standard unit 26B adjacently arranged, an airtight tape 76 is stuck over a top end surface 44A of an inside heat insulation material 44 from an inner wall surface 50A1 and an inner wall surface 50B1 of outer columns 50A and 50B by straddling the outer columns 50A and 50B between a floor girder 18A and a floor girder 18B adjacently arranged in response to a floor connection 16B on the inner wall surface 50A1 of the outer column 50A and the inner wall surface 50B1 of the outer column 50B. Thus, an airtight member 74 filled between the outer column 50A and the outer column 50B is permanently set by a secular change, and even if a clearance is caused between the airtight member 74 and the outer columns 50A and 50B, since a part between the outer columns 50A and 50B and an outer peripheral foundation 48 is sealed by the airtight tape 76, airtightness in a unit building 12 can be secured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】隣り合って配置された建物ユニットにおいて、柱と柱の間の気密性を確実に得ることができる建物の気密構造を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】隣り合って配置された標準ユニット26Aと標準ユニット26Bにおいて、外柱50Aの内壁面50A1及び外柱50Bの内壁面50B1には、床仕口16Bに対応して隣り合って配置された床大梁18Aと床大梁18Bの間に、外柱50A、50Bに跨って、当該外柱50A、50Bの内壁面50A1、内壁面50B1から内側断熱材44の天端面44Aに亘って気密テープ76が貼着されている。このため、外柱50Aと外柱50Bとの間に充填された気密部材74が経年変化によりへたり、当該気密部材74と外柱50A、50Bとの間に隙間が生じたとしても、気密テープ76によって外柱50A、50Bと外周基礎48の間がシールされるため、ユニット建物12における気密性を確保することができる。【選択図】図3
