BUILDING AIRTIGHT STRUCTURE, AND AIRTIGHT MEMBER ASSEMBLY METHOD
To provide a building airtight structure and an airtight member assembly method which can improve heat insulation performance in a building that is constituted so as to include a building unit comprising an inner balcony.SOLUTION: A building airtight structure 10 includes: a first building unit 12 comprising a wing wall partitioning a semi-outdoor space portion S1 and an indoor space portion; a second building unit 14 being adjacent to the first building unit 12 and comprising a front face wall 24 at a boundary portion DL with the semi-outdoor space portion S1; a first airtight member 30 provided on an upper face 34A of a first ceiling girder 34 arranged in the first building unit 12; a second airtight member 32 provided on an upper face 36A of a second ceiling girder 36 arranged in the second building unit 14; a third airtight member 60 blocking a gap between the first ceiling girder 34 and the second ceiling girder 36; and a fourth airtight member 68 arranged below the third airtight member 60 and blocking a gap between a ceiling substrate 54 of the first building unit 12 and a ceiling substrate 56 of the second building unit 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
