CERAMIC FILTER AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF CERAMIC FILTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ceramic filters that are excellent in strength and corrosion resistance and have not only a thin plate shape but also various shapes, and a production method of the ceramic filter which can integrally mold various shapes.SOLUTION: A production method of a ceramic filter includes: forming a mixed material in which a predetermined amount of an organic thickener as a binder, a predetermined amount of powdery glass, a predetermined amount of inorganic cement, and a proper amount of water are kneaded with an aggregate made of powdery ceramic; and after molding the mixed material, depositing the aggregate by heating followed by cooling, in which to an entire wight of the mixed material, a weight% of the organic thickener is from 0.1% to 5%, a weight% of the powdery glass is from 0.5% to 10%, and a weight% of the inorganic cement is from 0.5% to 10%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】強度、耐食性に優れ、薄板状だけではなく、各種の形状のセラミックフィルターを提供し、また、各種の形状を一体成形できるセラミックフィルターの製造方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】粒状のセラミックスからなる骨材に、結合剤として所定量の有機増粘剤と所定量の粉末ガラスと所定量の無機セメントと、適量の水を混練した混合材料とし、混合材料を成形した後、加熱及びその後冷却して骨材を溶着させたことを特徴とし、また、混合材料の全体重量に対し、有機増粘剤の重量パーセントが、0.1%〜5%で、粉末ガラスの重量パーセントが、0.5%〜10%で、無機セメントの重量パーセントが、0.5%〜10%であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
