PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee device capable of increasing the height of raising, which is resistant to deterioration and provides a good view.SOLUTION: Disclosed levee device 1 includes: a U-shaped groove 10; and a levee body 30 which is rotatable by means of buoyant force. One end of the levee body 30 is rotatably attached to one edge 12 of the U-shaped groove by means of a rotation support member 33, and the other end of the levee body 30 is placed on the other edge of the U-shaped groove 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
