PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure which improves designability and which eases restrictions on a position, and a house.SOLUTION: A ventilation structure (20) of the present invention comprises: a suction part (21) for sucking in air from the outside of a building; a ceiling part (30) in which a space (33) communicating with the suction part (21) is formed; a wall part (40) that is connected to the ceiling part (30); and a cylindrical member (20) that extends along a corner part between the ceiling part (30) and the wall part (40). The cylindrical member (20) has a first opening that communicates with the space (33), and a second opening that communicates with the inside of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
