VENTILATION SYSTEM AND HOUSE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aspiration type DI using BIC ventilation system which is excellent in amenity and energy conservation and efficiently air-circulating by optimizing arrangement of cooling/heating equipment and an air circulation device.SOLUTION: A ventilation system that is applied to a house having one or more floor parts, an underfloor space formed on the underside of the bottom layer floor part, and a pair of wall parts facing each other and direct under eaves, and that comprises: an underfloor separation wall for separating the underfloor space into a first underfloor space and a second underfloor space for spatially connecting to a living space of the house; an air blower disposed in the underfloor separation wall and capable of blowing in the forward/reverse directions; a blower control part for switching the blowing direction of the blower; an air supply/exhaust port provided on a foundation part and communicating with the first underfloor space; an inorganic cellular porous medium constituting the wall part direct under eaves and disposed between the air supply/exhaust port and the air blower for partitioning an outdoor space and an indoor space to be ventilated; a vent hole provided on the floor part for passing air in the vertical direction; and a heating device disposed in the vicinity of the air supply/exhaust port or the air blower in the underfloor space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】冷暖房設備、空気循環装置の配置を最適化し、快適性に優れ、省エネで効率良く空気循環を行う、BICを用いた呼吸型DI換気システムを提供する。【解決手段】1つ以上の床部と、床部のうち、最下層の床部の下側に画成された床下空間と、相対向する一対の庇直下の壁部とを有する家屋に適用され、床下空間を、第1床下空間、及び、家屋の居住空間に空間的に接続する第2床下空間に分離する床下分離壁と、床下分離壁に配され正逆方向に送風可能な送風機と、送風機の送風方向を切り替える送風制御部と、第1床下空間に連通して基礎部に設けられた給排気口と、庇直下の壁部を構成し、及び、給排気口と送風機との間に配され、室外空間と室内空間とを通気可能に区画する無機発泡体と、床部に設けられ、縦方向へ空気を通過させる通気口と、床下空間で給排気口または送風機の近傍に配された暖房装置と、を備える。【選択図】図2
