PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide materials that have high mechanical strength and can be decayed with time.SOLUTION: A binder according to the present invention is for bonding together aggregates in materials having decaying properties. The binder contains aliphatic polyester. For the aliphatic polyester, a weight average molecular weight 1 hour after immersed in an ion exchange water at 80°C ranges from a value of 0.5 or more times larger than a weight average molecular weight before immersion to a value of 0.95 or less times smaller than that.SELECTED DRAWING: None
