MOVABLE WEDGE DEVICE OF DOOR RETAINING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components when fixing a movable wedge device provided at a vehicle door retaining device having a movable wedge for backlash prevention of a door to a vehicle body panel.SOLUTION: A movable wedge device 13 includes: a base plate 25 fixed to a vehicle body; a slider 23 formed at the base plate 25 and disposed at the base plate 25 so as to slide between a position of covering and hiding a bolt hole 27 and a position of exposing the bolt hole 27, as for the bolt hole 27 in which a bolt for fixing the base plate 25 to the vehicle body is inserted; and a torsion coil spring 40 for energizing the slider 23 toward the position of covering and hiding the bolt hole 27. A locking part 24 provided at the slider 23 is engaged with a notch 29 provided at the base plate, and the sliding of the slider 23 can be locked at the position of exposing the bolt hole 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】ドアのガタ防止のための可動楔を有した車両ドア固定装置に設けられる可動楔装置を車体パネルに固定させる際の、部品点数を低減することができる。【解決手段】車体に固定されるベースプレート２５と、ベースプレート２５に形成されて、該ベースプレート２５を車体に固定するためのボルトが挿通されるボルト孔２７を、ボルト孔２７を覆い隠す位置とボルト孔２７を露出させる位置との間を摺動可能にベースプレート２５に配設されたスライダ２３と、ボルト孔２７を覆い隠す位置に向けてスライダ２３を付勢する捩りコイルバネ４０とを備える可動楔装置１３に、スライダ２３に設けられる係止部２４をベースプレートに設けられる切り欠き２９に係合することにより、ボルト孔２７を露出させる位置にてスライダ２３の摺動を係止することができるようにした。【選択図】図９
