PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster evacuation facility that enables a large number of evacuees evacuate simultaneously when struck by a large-scale disaster such as a huge earthquake and tsunami that follows, an epicentral earthquake as well as extensive fire and fire whirlwinds that follow, a huge hurricane and prolonged torrential rainfall, and volcanic eruption.SOLUTION: A disaster evacuation facility 10 is for letting a large number of evacuees evacuate when a large-scale disaster strikes, and comprises a plurality of floors. A prescribed number of upper floors form a temporary evacuation area 100 of a flat structure. An area on a floor below the temporary evacuation area includes an evacuee walking area 200 with alternately continuing upper floor transition floor 210 and a horizontal turnaround section 220, the upper floor transition floor enabling the large number of evacuees walk upstairs floor by floor and having a slope that enables the evacuees live in evacuation for awhile, and the horizontal turnaround section being provided at an edge part of the upper floor transition floor and enabling the evacuees continue walking to an upper floor and reach the upper floor transition floor on a higher floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】大地震やこれに伴う津波の襲来、直下型地震に伴う広範囲に亘る火災やこれに伴って発生する火災旋風、巨大台風の到来や長期に亘る局地的集中豪雨、火山の噴火等の規模の大きい災害時に多数の被災者が同時に避難可能な災害時避難設備を提供する。【解決手段】大規模災害発生時に多数の被災者を緊急避難させる災害時避難設備１０であり、多数階のフロアから構成され、上部の所定階数のフロアは、平坦な構造となって避難者一時滞在エリア１００をなし、避難者一時滞在エリアより下層階のエリアは、多数の避難者が１階ずつ徒歩で上方階に上っていくことができかつその場で一時避難生活を送れる程度のスロープとなった上層階移動フロア２１０と、上層階移動フロアの端部に設けられ更に上層階に歩いて行くことができるその後の上層階移動フロアに歩いて移動可能な水平折り返し部２２０が交互に連続してなる避難者徒歩移動エリア２００を有している。【選択図】図３
