IMPROVED MOBILE TSUNAMI CUSHIONING FACILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tsunami cushioning facility that enhances strength using an economically feasible general-purpose material, is added with a fixed foundation structure for housing a structural body at the same time thus raising a tsunami height that may be coped with, and enables a screen structure to be moved appropriately when inundating speed of tsunami is fast.SOLUTION: A plurality of layers is provided in a unit, for enhancing strength of a wooden structural body using a general-purpose material. A fixed dike wall is added to a single-tier and multi-tier tsunami cushioning weirs, for enhancing a mitigating effect against a tsunami disaster. Furthermore, a guide wire is installed and a surfaces that contact each other when each of the tiers is operated are made irregular, in order to ensure that the multi-tier tsunami cushioning weir is operated for certain.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】経済的である汎用材を使って強度を高め、更には、固定式の基礎構造を追加し、構造体を収納させると同時に、対応津波高さを向上させ、さらに津波の浸水速度が速い時に、屏風構造を適正に移動させることのできる津波緩衝設備を提供する。【解決手段】汎用材を使って木製構造体の強度を上げるためにユニット内で多層化を行い、一段式・多段式津波緩衝堰において津波災害の低減する効果を高めるために、固定式堤防壁を追加したり、多段式津波緩衝堰の動作を確実にするために、ガイドワイヤーを設置したり、各段の動作時の接触面に凹凸を付けた。【選択図】図11
